36 repayment deferrals
You may apply for up to 36 repayment deferrals, which is equivalent to three years in total. You do not need to provide a reason.
You may apply for a repayment deferral even if you have received reminders or if your loan has been terminated.

Apply before the payment deadline to avoid fees. If you apply after the invoice has been issued, please note the following:
- Direct Debit - you must stop the payment yourself in your online bank
