Wait to apply until you have received a decision about disability benefit.
The application is processed in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable in the year the application is received by Lånekassen. This also applies when the decision regarding disability benefit is from before the application year.
You do not have to submit documentation from NAV, unless we ask for it.
If you receive child supplements for children over the age of 16 from other sources than NAV, i.e. insurance company or pension provider, you must submit documents that show how much you are receiving.
If you have received arrears, we can disregard these if you document that they apply to a previous year.
You have to log in with BankID to apply for debt cancellation for desabled persons.
Once we have looked at your application and checked that we have the necessary information, you will receive a preliminary response from us. Log in to Dine sider to see the response.
We cannot finish processing your application until your tax assessment has been completed for the year of your application.
In the meantime we will normally not send you any bills.
