Accessibility and Universal Design

Our services must be accessible to everyone, regardless of functional ability and without special adaptations. We work continuously to improve the user experience, and work according to the Wcag 2.1 framework.

We have these four statements:

As the declarations show, we still have some areas where we need to correct deficiencies. We first prioritize those deviations that have the greatest significance for everyone to be able to use our services.
