Use the regular application form
You will use the same application form as students in university and university college education.
This application form must also be used to apply for refugee grants.
Assessment time
You will receive a response or notification of the application’s status within 24 hours.
The application is not available on Dine sider immediately, but if you have received a receipt, we have received your application. You will also find information about the estimated processing time for your application at Dine sider.
Apply as soon as you get admission
You can now apply for loans and grants for 2026–2027.
The deadline for application is 15 November for the autumn semester or the whole year, and 15 March for the spring semester.
Some can still apply for
2025–2026
If your course starts after March 1 2026, you can still apply for grants and loans.
The deadline is before the end of the academic year.
